All About Us
Hello! My name is Charlotte, and I am a qualified veterinary nurse and dog groomer based in the Whoberley area of Coventry.
I have an OCN Level 3 Diploma in Dog Grooming and I have been a qualified veterinary nurse since 2015, so I am highly trained in pet first aid and CPR.
You can be sure that you are leaving your pet in safe and experienced hands.
Leaving your pet with someone new can be stressful, so I strive to create a calm and relaxed environment for them. I am quite used to working with elderly, fearful and fear-aggressive dogs, so please feel free to reach out for a chat if your pet does not normally do well at the groomers!

05/11/2023 at 8:09 pmMy dog groomer who has retired recommended Charlotte. I booked my dog Trevor in for a bath and tidy. Trevor is quite nervous especially when meeting new people. Charlotte quickly won him over by spending quality time making him comfortable. Delighted with service we received. Trevor is already booked in for another visit for a full head and body groom. I would highly recommend Charlotte and you also get a report card on how your pet did during the groom as well as a full nose to tail check

I honestly could not be happier with the service. Charlotte is so caring and kind. My Fur Baby looks brand new!!
I found it difficult to find a groomer who would take on my Chow, but Groovy Grooms had no issues! Bruce had a bath & tidy and it has done him wonders. He also smells amazing!! I can not thank you enough, we have definitely found our groomer for life and would highly recommend
